I am currently employed as customer service consultant at Etraction online wheel and Tyre network which specialises in distribution of wheels, tyres and accessories, my duties are as follows, communicating with clients via emails, logging queries, answering phone calls,assisting customers on our online digital platform, processing orders for customers, accessing tyres and logging warranty claims for customers and Making phone calls to clients. In total, i have four years 2 Months work experience, i have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. I also have a call centre certificate.
