I'm a Digital Designer and UI/UX Specialist with 7+ years designing products for government, financial services and enterprise clients across South Africa, including the Electoral Commission (IEC), the Department of Public Service and Administration and SALGA. I turn complex, high-stakes public-sector and fintech requirements into clear, usable interfaces, with a track record that includes the IEC's 2024 election creative published nationwide, Batho Pele AI (a government assistant built with Meta, live on dpsa.gov.za) and a platform serving all 257 municipalities. I combine UX fundamentals with brand strategy (BA Hons, Strategic Brand Communication) and, increasingly, engineering: I'm currently completing a course in AI and Software Engineering with Stellenbosch University (HyperionDev) and have designed, built and shipped two client platforms end to end.

I've been recognised as Loeries Portfolio Bootcamp Top Creative across Africa and the Middle East and IAB Black Pixel Best Digital Student, and I'm comfortable moving between hands-on interface design, research, motion, client management and, now, code.

UI/UX Designer - DIGITAL RESOLVE - Johannesburg

I lead design from concept to developer hand-off across mobile apps, websites and financial dashboards, pairing user research and usability testing with each project's commercial goals. I also deliver brand strategy, motion graphics, video and photography for clients, keeping the story consistent from pitch to final screen.

• Led digital creative for the IEC's 2024 National, Regional and Provincial Elections, producing social content and digital banners published across the country.
• Designed Batho Pele AI for the Department of Public Service and Administration, a government AI assistant built with Meta and live on dpsa.gov.za, answering public service questions from official sources.
• Redesigned and built the South African Local Government Association's platform, covering governance structures, all 257 municipalities, SALGA TV, podcasts, careers and tenders for a national body with nine provincial offices.
• Reimagined a consumer credit platform end to end, research-led and across mobile and desktop, built to compete on usability where credit products typically fall short.
• Produced the motion graphics that guide Sho't Left's partners through the SA Tourism platform in four self-serve steps.

Client work I take on directly alongside the studio role. Two of these platforms I designed, built and shipped end to end, putting my AI and engineering study into practice.

• Designed and built TATISO Asset Management end to end: an eight-chapter platform covering four sectors, four country holdcos and three partner journeys, built to an institutional-investor standard.
• Redesigned and rebuilt Juicetel's site, live at juicetel.com, giving a sixteen-year infrastructure specialist a presence that matches its client list.
• Built a themed content system for Matla Life that carries #TholaMatla from static posts through to motion graphics.
