Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
Maintain and prepare excel reports
Sorting of hand loading plans daily
Daily checking & preparing of lists of the invoices
POD’s daily and filling of all invoices, POD’s, RMA’s and credit notes. Scanning of certain documents
Taking telephonic orders, confirm order with customer, process order, order entry.
Log and track support calls in the designated Laerdal system(s) prioritize and escalate jobs as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ’s resources on the Intranet to assist with end users issues.
