BARISTA/BARTENDER - MR GEORGES
Observes guests to anticipate their needs, responds to any additional request and determine when the food and beverage service has been completed. Relay order to galley as required and serves courses from various locations. Presents both food and beverage from various locations menus to guests, suggest dinner courses, appropriate wines and answers questions regarding menu and wine selections per Gold Anchor Standards.
