I am currently employed as a Snr Operations Supervisor at DashBPO. I lead a team of 14 customer service agents at a time both in Johannesburg and at our Cape Town branch. I am passionate about customer service and grooming people for bigger opportunities.

I have extensive experience in the customer service and sales industry that can be a great contribution to a team. I'm looking for growth opportunity and to be part of a growing company. I have have a good personality and always encourage those that I work with.
