Everyday report to Chief Surveyor/Chief Geologist and Management. In the morning monitoring the block that have been blast last night and Rom Pad. To check which area need to be load / move materials to e.g Waste material and Reef Material.

We have machinery that load Waste / Reef materials to different places. Waste material went to Waste dump area and Reef material went to Rom pad area. Before we move blasted material to Rom Pad we must make sure we have space at Rom Pad.

We different type of material at our open pit e.g waste, reef Material. We have different type of material at Rom Pad e.g High / low Grade. We consider moving first High grade material to the plant. Before we move high grade material to plant, Lab result must available to certain Grade according by Manager.

The route of Sampling as follows: 1. Face Sampling 2. Grab Sampling 3.

As a grade control officer you will provide servicers as required and your responsibilities will include monitor and control the ore through effective quality assurance process to ensure compliance with the required specifications. MRM – Is a business practice involving the synchronisation and balancing of the material flow and products playability attribute the mining material flow. The principle enable students at optimise ore – utilisation product delivery and that's understood and optimises the profitability of the mining company.

• Priority: Availability of workers, machinery and ORE / Stockpile that can deliver
• At Rom pad we wait Result for uncrushed material from Lab before we can crush that material
• We crushed that material if the mine grade we conceded
• If the results are positive we crushed that material
• If results are less material stay at Rom Pad
• At Rom Pad we have e.g FEL that load the trucks
• After we receive the positive result from Lab sometime we load the 34 trucks to plant
• At Rom Pad the stockpile are identified by number date sampled and by grade number
• We load according by specific grade
• Responsible for the Sampling, Grade Quality, Geology and Rom pad for quality assurance
• Trucks monitoring during loading process, blending of the products at Rom Pad process
• Mining of the Ore at Open Pit to the Plant
• Supervise Sampling of Stockpiles accordingly
• Risk Assessment Management procedure adherence checks at all times
• Management Budget of the department as well as sampling and all that goes with AQ/AC that includes samplers, trucks loading, Rom Pad samplers and ORE Spotter
• Twice a week meeting together with Chief Surveyor & Mining / Production people regarding Grade Control in our Mine
• Ensure what type of ORE body to mine / Understanding of Geological disturbances
• Conduct on-Reef development
• Identify Reef condition, measure and recording ORE under breaks
• Marking off & drilling are very important to differentiate drilling holes
• Inspect the mineable area to ensure that the mining is according to the standard
• Contamination, it dilutes our grade
• Every month do the Practical Observation (PTO) to the Grade Control Observer. It's done to correct the Grade Control Observers
• We apply the rules stop and fixed (incorrect development)
• Change up drilled according to standard
• The ex-leave gets training from the supervisor
• Liaise with Ore Transport Superintendent on concentrate and are requirement
• Ensure that ore levels are reported on daily
• Ensure that directs contracts are divided on where to load and where to transport ore as per the plan
• Provides daily reports of ore transported from shafts and stockpile to various concentrates
