Responsible for timeously and accurately verifying and processing financial data, reconciling receipts payments with cash tendered at all branches. Handling branch and customer queries and resolve those queries upon the service level agreement (SLA). Training staff and tellers when needed.
Completed 3 years business administration degree and currently studying for post grad.
