Experience
Perform analysis of actual financial results and KPIs to understand financial performance and risks In the closing process, supporting ACC and Group Financial Reporting with required business information to enable timely and accurate period closings.
Drive and develop financial steering models to support the Volvo Group’s business models
Participate in the setting of financial targets and business challenges
Drive, manage and develop the estimate process
Proactively and objectively analyze and describe the financial consequences of strategic, tactical, and operational decisions
Ensure that operational management understands the financial consequences and risks of business decisions
Working capital optimization with a focus on sustainability
Drive and monitor cash-flow performance ·
Performance and risk management of the business (within the respective area of responsibility)
Drive, develop and coordinate the investment process
Develop and measure financial KPIs and drive actions to improve the business competence centers in relevant areas for resource optimization.
