I have been in a call center for 2 years now worked for a most popular BPO and experience gained I was worth it, I have been an agent for for 6 months under (Vodacom BU) doing technical support.
Further have joined the (Rain Post-paid) still under the same BPO and was an agent for 9 months, thought hard work I was appointed to work on the( Escalation help desk ) will assist agent with escalating queries that are out of SLA and made sure that we follow up with customers ,we also do call listening and do coachings to give support and what to fix and process to be followed , we take Sup calls for agents to assist Team leaders.
The most part that I have appreciated was to be recognized and was awarded to be the best Senior agent for the best supporting gent on the entire call center floor.
