Documentation (Program specs, test cases, deployment docs, IA (Impact Analysis), System Flow charts/diagrams etc.)
Standby and call-out
Support testing team with ADHOC queries
Develop new Programs and Support existing programs for our clients
Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organization strategic direction.
Collects, identifies, defines and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements. Coordinates and collaborates with others in analysing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectation
