My team leading career started in 2013 December, when I was working for African Bank. I had 5 years’ experience as a credit controller/account manager whilst working with them. In 2015 April I was appointed by Capcorp Consulting as a Subscriber Collections Team Manager until April 2021.
From 1st May 2021 Norman Bissett and Associates took over and I am now employed by them as a Team Manager. My willingness to work hard and build my skill base will make me a good candidate for the job. With the skills I acquired from being a Debt Collections Team Manager will decrease the required training time and I am determined to work hard.
