- Check the charges on their bill and explain how they being charged.
- Apply credits and promotions on their account.
- Add a new line or remove the line customer doesn't want anymore.
- Upgrade customer's lines and pitch their available offers
- Change /Update customer details
- Transfer to other departments not on my skill set and Escalate a ticket for further investigations to be done

- Receive incoming calls.
- Advise customer of their debit order amounts.
- Advise customer their upgrade eligibility date.
- Check if they have any areas amount.
- Loading customer Minutes or data.
- Updating customer information(eg. - Address, debit order date... Etc)
- Suspend or activate customer line.
- Escalate to another department of not on my skill set to resolve.
Call Centre Agent - Merchants SAA

- Receive incoming calls from customers.
- Book them traveling tickets.
- Make changes on the existing ticket.
- Calculate and advise fees for the changes.
- Check flights availability on date customer wants and class available and the terms and conditions regarding the ticket they purchased.
Customer Service Representative - Merchants Makro (Retail)

- Check stock availability online and instore
- Track customer order and follow up with couriers
- Escalate to other departments if the query is out of my skill set.
