One of my previous position as Manager, I was responsible and managing a portfolio of 9 Operating and Maintenance Renewable Energy Plants (1.1GW) with annual turnover of above R250M. leading a growing team of 80+ employees across the country. Responsible for the complete service area business performance, budgeting, planning and development of team. Develop and set SA service budget in co-operation with Service Director and Commercial department and identify, highlight, track and mitigate Commercial and Operational risks
My ability to perform rests on the foundation of my education from Nelson Mandela University. As a graduate from the Business Administration program, I understand what it take to manage employees. I am well-versed in many aspects of business, including the financial portion.
However, my education and work experience are tied together by my ability to empathize and communicate with others. I like to make people smile. It brings me great pleasure when an employee is truly succeeding and I get to promote them.
It is also very rewarding to please my customers.
