I was never handed anything, I've had to work hard to attain everything I have in life.

Non drinker, never done drugs, don't have the luxury to waste hard earned money!

I chose not to get married as I knew that having children would be expensive in the future!

I'm available to work long hours overtime & don't mind working shifts iether!

When you're too busy surviving you don't have time to dream!

I believe that somewhere in the Metal Worker's Industry a company will see & appreciate my value!

I was fortunate to recieve the opportunity to work as a CNC Operator way back in 2002.

I started on minimal wage & realised that Companies weren't going to upskill me especially when BEE was implemented back in 2004.

I had to work two job's to survive in 2004, a full time job as a CNC Operator from 07h00 until 16h15 & temporary waitering work at Spur from 18h00 until 02h00. On weekends I worked double shifts from 07h00 until 02h00 on Saturday & from 08h00 until 22h00 on a Sunday at Spur.

I gradually got a drivers license at 28yrs of age, went on a Basic CNC Lathe Programming Course in 2009 & Advanced Courses in 2012.

I believe that I took the initiative & deserve certain remuneration for my hard work & sacrifices!

Benoni CNC Training Centre to do a software package & Advanced Milling Programming!

Have only been allowed to Set & Operate the machines as Programmer's protect their job's & prefer me to do all the physical work!
