Carry out Troubleshooting and configuration of Mix Fleet units. Provide Technical support Help desk to customers (internal & external) and technicians. Respond to the incoming telephone and ticket system to resolve technical queries. Create & Amend configurations settings (Remove or add events, Peripheral, devices etc) as per the client's specifications. Perform customer relationship management to ensure all existing customers receive differentiated service excellence. Perform proactive diagnostic & health check of Mix units. Ensure technical issues are identified and resolved promptly. Follow up on all escalated queries raised to ensure all cases/ queries are resolved within 48 hours.
