I have been working for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) for 33 years. I have no problem in working for corporate companies but not silent ones. I am an extrovert and want to meet people, make (appropriate of course) jokes, help with issues and become who I was before.
Sitting for 8 hours silent and speak unless you have a meeting or when being spoken has been enough for me. I need to do different things to keep me busy and satisfied and have pride in what I do. 33 years in the same company is not a challenge and I need to challenges.
