Pavan Baichan

I am a qualified scientist currently completing my PhD in Biochemistry. The many years of research exposure and training, particularly in the sciences, has afforded me the ability to think outside the box and I can therefore offer unique strategies when involved in problem solving. As a scientist, I have a lot of experience working in a laboratory setting and am able to collaborate with a variety of people from different disciplines.

I work well as an individual as well as part of a team. I am diligent and hardworking and am able to provide the best quality work. I am exceptionally driven and believe that science is the foundation of a better quality of life.

I found my passion for science and research at a young age and that dedication has never wavered which has permitted me to achieve my postgraduate degrees. I am a dynamic, innovative, forward thinker which allows me to complete any task or project timeously without compromising on quality. I am extremely goal orientated and will never stop until I reach my potential and achieve my ambitions.
