I’m all about creating an environment that everyone can be comfortable to learn, to share and to be a team.
My passion lies in YOUTH activities, from sports, to tutoring, activations, volunteering, motivating and creating.
I specialise in Sports Development, Scouting, Education and Community Outreach. I’ve had the opportunity to work and change lives from ages 0 - 18 and older, all the way to varsity, as well as older ages. I believe in creating a safe space for people to be themselves, then we can see the strengths and weaknesses, in that way we then know where they need help and improvement.
I enjoy being active, learning something new and being part of a proactive team.
I also choreograph, DJ, do photography, involved in media and sports exercise as a hobby. All these activities have lead me to opportunities that reward one doing it more than a hobby.
Overall, put me anywhere, I will be the best I can be, and in my best I always make sure to make a positive impact or leave a good mark.
Sports Management, coaching, developement and training is where my passion and profession lies. I train both individuals and teams in different sporting codes, on a beginner, amateur and professional level. My knowledge and experience on gameplay and strategy allows me the ability to teach athletes on how to build and maintain their well-being, through sports education and fitness techniques.
I have had opportunities to coach other coaches on strategy, lesson planning, sports events planning and behaviour management.
I have proven records of successfully helping, teaching and guiding athletes to their full potential. I have a high aptitude of building rapport with others and that helps when planning and strategising.
I'm a dependable sports coach that has 11years of coaching experience in a fast-paced and competitive environment of young athletes. I help recruit, nurture and guide athletes into dependable teammates.
Through leadership skills and being part of a team, I've been able to develop dependable sports professionals through education and passion, training and psychological development as well.
I love making a difference in the youth development through sports education and I really look forward to learning from the organisation.
