I am percy Mtshali,I was born and raised at rchards bay at esikhawini.

I comlited my high school education in 2006 I then studied mechanical fitter engineering N3 and N4.

I have 5years experience in operation in production as process controller using DCS.and 11 years of experience in mechanical fitter through different heavy duty industrials and I am a team playe with strong mechanical back ground.

Maintenance on coal stacker and reclaimers.

Monitor routable spares, time estimates of maintenance schedule and tasks.

Hydraulics Pumps installation, Hydraulic Power Pack maintenance, changing hydraulics hoses and fittings and maintenance on hydraulic cylinders.

Plant verification of equipment before replacement. Maintenance on Gear boxes and lubrication.

Maintenance on Fluid Coupling eg Scoop coupling, TPKL Coupling and Traction coupling.

Coupling of shafts, valves changing, changing bearings on plummer block and drive pulleys.

100% Inspection in Slew festoon system (Rails, Trolleys and rollers, Cables, Chains, Buffers, Central Chute, secure all slew limits) and ensure that JB8 is closed.

Changing of Bogie wheels and Bearing’s installation on it.

Maintenance on conveyor belt, changing idlers, brackets, couplings and conveyor tracking.

Insuring that OHS act is adhered to and ensuring that company policies safe rules are adhered in a workplace.
