I had been an employee at Barloworld Ford- Pietermaritzburg for 28 years. My services started in June 1992 and in August 2020 I was retrenched as a result of the effect of the covid-19 pandemic on the economy. During my employment I served in many different positions within the motor industry; the longest being in the position of a qualified service advisor, via the Ford Academy.
I have a diverse work experience and will serve fervently in the required position. I perform well under pressure and enjoy solving concerns as this promotes going forward in all task functions. I am dedicated to progressive business and wish to serve, delight and retain the customer ensuring business growth.
