I am currently employed at VVM Debt Collectors as a trainee manager and I have completed the NQF Level 4 contact center management through Seta, I Also worked for Aegis Global (Telkom mobile call Centre for sales and customer service) as an inbound and Outbound Supervisor/Team Leader and JDG Financial Services as a collections agent and then I was promoted to a Supervisor/Team Leader.
