Has two decades in the technology industry space and working in engineering companies including multinational such as Siemens, General Electric, Alstom , Thales and also in National Government. Prior positions included systems engineering, business development, and programme management for industries with multidisciplinary companies . He has worked with a variety of clients, partners, national and provincial governments, and stakeholders internationally.
Currently the head of industry research for the Association of Comms and Technology. My experience span across managing multidisciplinary portfolios for digital solutions in diverse sectors including mining, rail, manufacturing, aviation and telecommunication. Started my career as a systems engineer for automation.
Previously been the Head of 4IR in the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies. Programme manager and Business Unit Manager at Thales; Business Development at Alstom; Senior Sales manager and Systems Engineer at General Electric; and Systems Engineer at Siemens and Hulamin Rolled Products.
