I have experience uploading files to databases, using Spreadsheets, and doing research. I have excellent bookkeeping skills with the ability to keep track of all company debits and credits.
I pay close attention to detail and I have the ability to notice mistakes when reviewing invoices for accuracy. I can also follow up to make sure all bills and invoices are paid by the due date. I possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide great customer service in person or when answering the phone.
I always greet visitors in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. I have the skills to answer basic questions from staff about our customer accounts. I have very strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task with efficiency.
