Greet and assist walk-in and online customers professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Process sales documentation, financing applications, and vehicle registration. Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge. Follow up with clients post-sale for relationship building and referrals.
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and events. Monitor vehicle inventory and ensure proper display of stock.
I completed my Grade 12 (Matric) Currently I am studying at IQ Academy NQF5 Higher Certificate in Public Management.
