- Cyclic Inspections: Conduct inspections as per the scope of SLA, conduct daily and weekly inspections as and when required, assist with monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual inspections, compile inspection reports and provide to supervisor
- Assist with signing of relevant documentation by client as and when required
- Ensure relevant documentation is signed off by client
- Ensure inspection stickers are signed off on equipment
- Ensure log books are completed on a weekly basis

- Mechanical Maintenance: Read and interpret drawing, measure lay out area, groove, cut, weld, grind and thread pipes and steel, assemble and fit pipes and valves, install pipes and valves, manufacture and install brackets, lift and rig equipment, conduct functional testing, leak tests and flow tests, assist with completion of hand over documentation
- Electrical Maintenance: Read and interpret electrical drawing, install panels, devises and cabinets, install conduits and racks, install and chemically spice cables, gland and terminate cables, wire panels and devices, conduct loop testing, calibrate sensors and instruments and issue calibration certificates, setup and program panels, conduct fault finding on systems and panels, conduct functional testing, assist with completion of hand over documentation
- Supervision: Monitor assistants on an ongoing basis, conduct Planned Task Observation (PTO's) as per site requirements, stand in for SLA Supervisor as and when required, provide on the job training on an ongoing basis
- General Work: Inform supervisor of system related risks as and when it occurs, attend to all breakdowns, ensure good housekeeping on an ongoing basis, mix and pour cement as and when required, prepare surfaces and paint as and when required, use tools effectively for specific tasks, inspect tools on a daily basis and report defective tools, conduct PPE inspection
- Administration: Complete timesheets on a daily basis, compile daily diaries, Customer Visit Reports and manual POD's ensure sign off by client within 24 hours and send to Office as and when required, ensure sign off of invoices, POD's and reports by clients and submit to Office as and when required, request quotations from sales department as and when required, monitor stock levels on a daily basis, complete inspection check sheets as part of Quality Control Plan (QCP) as and when required, complete and lined in as built drawings indicating deviations, complete and assist with commissioning documentation on an ad hoc basis, attend site specific meetings as and when required, ensure month end reports are completed, signed off and submit to Office, provide all relevant safety documentation to safety officer and site representative on a weekly basis, ensure that the following documentation is updated on an ongoing basis: all relevant log files, backups, ventilation rescue plants are update, system layouts and changes, inspection file
- Planning: Ensure optimal system functioning before proceeding underground, adhere to maintenance schedule as per site requirements, schedule and organise work plan on a daily basis, ensure correct allocation of tools on a daily basis, arrange access control and permits on a daily basis, arrange transport for equipment as and when required, ensure that tools and equipment are stored in a safe lay down area
