I have 26 years experience in aviation and have a Diploma in Travel. I am a very hard working and analytical individual, and always performs my duties with diligence, accuracy and efficiency. I always check whether I am doing everything right and according to expectations and adhering to Company policies and procedures.

I ensure that all required tasks are performed within specified time frame, ensuring completeness and that deadline is adhered to. I have worked on different GDS Systems and have completed travel courses and obtained numerous certificates.

I have a Diploma in Travel and have 26 years’ experience in the Travel Industry and am passionate working for the Industry. I started working for SAA as a Customer Service Agent at Ticket Sales Desk where I gained experience of assisting Clients face to face and moved to work as a Call Centre Agent for 4 years with Comair Limited making Domestic and Regional Bookings, assisting Travel Agents with queries and later moved to Special Project agent where I handled calls for Domestic and International bookings , issuing Tickets reissuing Ticket reconstructing Fare amongst other things and later moved to Refunds Department where I was doing refunds of Domestic and International Tickets, working out and calculating refunds on half flown bookings just to name a few.
