- Horticultural care and management: Provide daily oversight and involvement in the management and hands-on care of all landscaping and garden plants including plant pest and disease identification and treatment, watering, weeding, dead heading flowers, collections are healthy, pruning/cutting is to a standard, plant feeding and plant propagation, landscape development
