Administering of the activities of the Parks, Cemeteries, Sport field-Line marking, Open Spaces Management Service
Delegated duties to cemetery and Landscaping workers and inspected progress
Reviewing all minutes of l meetings to ensure that any reports relating to Parks & Open spaces section are implemented
Responsible for Repairs (Machineries & Equipment), Installations for Municipal/Government, Residential, commercial, Private and public Open spaces, Parks, Road Island, landscaping Projects etc.
Managing collection of waste materials for Organic Fertilizer Production; attending to correspondence or complaints by personal examination
Implemented recreation and sport programs in public, private areas including Private schools & public (Improvement of sport activities) ;Managing sub & Main contractors (New to Existing Projects, Implementation), Managing many sites with different teams and making sure all the materials are available on sites (Equipment control, Invoices, Consumables e.g. Fuel, engine oil, Fungicides, pesticides, machinery, small tools, Spares, irrigation fittings etc.
Compiled Safety Files & made Submissions when necessary
Managed Maintenance Team-Roving; &compiled progress Report, Snag list
