I have completed my two years of articles working as a candidate attorney at Gwina Attorneys Incorporated in Sandton, Johannesburg. In this position I am responsible for providing legal assistance to the Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial team. I have especially experienced drafting contractual agreements, term loan facility agreements, legal opinions, conducting legal due diligence exercises, drafting finance documents and providing general corporate legal advice.
