My name is Phumelela Ngcakani 25 year very enthusiastic young lady who's is very hard working, when I set my mind on doing something I make sure I do exceptional well at it I am very dedicated, respectful and accountable.

I have 2 years and 8 moths cashier experience and 1 year and 3 months working in a contact center as a sales agant and collection agent.

Throughout my years of experience I gained many skills working as a team, interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service, problem-solving and negotiations skills

I have 2 years and 8 months cashier experience at kwik spar from the 31 October 2018 till 28 June 2021 and 1 and 3 mobthe sales agent and collecting agent at Tenacity Financial services and I am currently working there from the 01 of July 2021

I have matric which I obtained in 2014 at Mbekweni high school and N4 management assistant certificate which 2016 in Boland college
