Phumlile Zondo

I am a Bachelor of Social Science honours in criminology and forensic science graduate. I have experience as a front desk operator, customer service advisor and payments specialist working in the telecommunications industry. I am mostly education driven, it enlightens the fire and passion out of me to do better and succeed in life.

I have excel communication skills, I pay attention to detail. I have great eye to hand coordination, can comprehend and apply written and verbal communication. I hold leadership skills as well as Microsoft office skills.

I have worked as a front desk operator for 6 months at life Cosmetics. I also have customer service and payments experience for a period of 2 years and 5 months At Outworx Contact center. This, being my most recent experience.

I hold a Bachelor of Social sciences degree in criminology and forensic science and political science. I also hold an honours degree in criminology and forensic science.

Both these accomplishments were acquired at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from the years 2018- 2020 and 2021 in that order.
