Phuti Matlala

I’m a business analyst for 5 years now at BCX, the majority of my educational background is in business analysis, project management and information Systems. I have worked on multiple of project within Information Security Management Systems. My role was to gather, translate and simplify security initiative requirements, develop, and draft these in standard company documents, and to analyse and suggest new and better processes that will enable key business drivers.

I have continued in the same role but now within the Operating System Upgrade Programme. This program seeks to modernize the company’s current setup through upgrading such items as operating systems, server hardware, applications, and network infrastructure (cabling and connections).

I can be relied upon to be organized in my approach to work. I am a believer in planning activities, diligent in my duties, and am a good team player with the capacity to build good relationships with most people that I work with. I have worked in several organizations in various capacities from supporting end-users with their IT issues, to analysing data for trends and business decisions, to dealing directly with clients.

I go the extra mile in getting things done and it is my personal conviction to be an asset in whatever I do. I found your open position more compelling-as I want to show case my skills and learn more in business analysis. I believe this is with your esteemed company.
