Senior Technical Quality Specialist - HyperionDev/CoGrammar

As the Quality Team expanded, my role was adapted to a more senior role where I project managed various aspects of our Education product such as doing, training, sampling and assigning of work, as well as mentoring the junior Technical Quality Specialists. Our work expanded over quality assurance of educational content (working together with learning designers and SMEs), educational delivery as well as monitoring sales and marketing efforts for technical accuracy of our products. I was intimately involved with creating new KPIs and ways to measure targets and success through effective sampling and incremental development of quality rubrics.

I was also involved in performance investigations and developing Performance Improvement Plans.
