Pierre Van Reenen

I grew up on a family farm, where I developed a strong work ethic and gained extensive practical experience in various aspects of agricultural operations from a young age. Working in a farming environment has provided me with valuable hands-on knowledge of agricultural machinery, crop production, and general farm management, while also teaching me the importance of dedication, responsibility, and perseverance. In addition to my experience in crop farming and machinery operation, I have also gained practical knowledge and experience in sheep farming through working alongside my father, who has been actively involved in sheep production for many years.

This exposure has allowed me to develop an understanding of livestock management, animal husbandry, and the daily responsibilities associated with caring for and maintaining a successful sheep farming operation. I am highly motivated, hardworking and dependable individual who consistently strives for excellence in everything I undertake. I perform well under pressure and possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and environments.

I am a fast learner and an effective problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. My strengths include reliability, integrity, responsibility, and a strong commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard. I consistently meet deadlines, take pride in my work, and am always willing to learn and broaden my skills.

I am confident that my practical farming experience, positive attitude, and strong work ethic would enable me to make a valuable contribution to any team or organization I join.
