A highly motivated and people-orientated individual, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to a broad range of clients, including Very Important Clients and high-profile individuals as my career has taken me to London and Paris, gaining over 20 years’ experience of working with some of the most prestigious stores and luxury brands, this has given me the ability to easily adapt, build and maintain relationships with people from different cultures, where I always made customer service one of my main priorities and was able to utilise my excellent people and communication skills, by developing strong and meaningful relationships with clients, as well as our internal staff. I hold a great passion for sales and marketing, merchandising, graphic design, and events planning. I am a committed team member who uses positive reinforcement to drive staff performance.
