A more dedicated and creative 23 year old will be hard to come by. I am eager to learn more within the world of marketing, so that I can further nurture my talents and contribute positively to companies that require dynamic marketing skills.
I began as a temporary sales consultant at iStore (Apple Premium Reseller) Mall of Africa branch in South Africa from November till the end of December 2023. I was assisting with sales of a wide range of Apple products, conducting stock counts, advising customers for cellular contract requirements, booking customers for device trade ins and technical support appointments and processing sales on Syspro.
In the beginning of 2023, I started as an iStore CRM Marketing Graduate, where we utilise SalesForce Marketing Cloud to create customer journeys, data extensions, WhatsApp messages, SQLs for data extensions and conducted monthly statistical reporting for all our campaigns.
I graduated with my 3- year Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management degree at the IIE Varsity College in 2022 and recently graduated with my Honours in Marketing Management degree at the University of Pretoria in 2023.
