A hardworking, self-motivated and organised individual with a Bachelor of Technology Degree (BTech Degree) in Management, a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering as well as having completed a NQF Level 6 in Project Management at the Durban University of Technology (BSU). I am a highly skilled planner, with 14 years’ experience as a Planner and 4 years’ experience in the Petrochemical industry. I regard myself to be a responsible person, taking pride in my work and achievements. I am dedicated, reliable, a quick and an eager learner. A strong work ethic who has the desire to ensure the success of business.

• To provide continues input and support into maintenance, shutdown and project planning activities at operational level.
• To do day-to-day planning, scheduling and co-ordination on project activities to ensure optimal usage of resources and capital. 
• Update and analyses project schedules.
• To follow the work management processes.
• Use computerized planning systems to plan, prioritize and schedule project activities. 
• Update and analyse project plans and schedules. 
• Interaction with Project Management & Service Providers.
• Critical analysis and review owner/contractor schedules determine the Scope of required project activities.
• Capture and schedule the execution of the project management process in an integrated manner. 
• Co-ordinate shutdown activities during project during execution planning.
• Facilitate schedule review and progress meetings. 
• Oversee the execution of administrative duties in own area of responsibility in a planning office. 
• Administration of project planning activities to ensure plans and schedules are delivered on time. 
• Create opportunities to build and maintain healthy relationships with all stake holders' network with the rest of the team and other stakeholders.
• Daily communication and meetings with production, maintenance foremen and artisans on plant status and critical activities.
