I am currently employed by SANRAL, a state-owned roads entity in South Africa (SA) focused on engineering, as a Corporate Communications Manager at a senior level. I am an accomplished Communications Professional with a post graduate degree, Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree, in Integrated Organisational Communications.

My background is growing up in a humble, small-town Phoenix, in KwaZulu-Natal. My achievements are through my determination to succeed together with hard work. I am focused on results, as such I work strategically plus ‘roll up my sleeves’ to get the job done on all levels required.

My wide-ranging skills means I can add value to your organisation in strategy, policy development, implementation of strategic plans, public relations, media liaison, thought leadership, crisis as well as issues management, advertising, marketing, media buying (traditional, out-of-home, digital), events, corporate communications, internal communications, branding, publications, stakeholder relations, digital and social media fields. My experience extends to drafting content (including for PR mediums, websites, intranet, publications, social and digital platforms), directing creatives including multi-media for marketing purposes and for use on company websites, television, internal communications, blogs along with managing content for social media platforms. Further, my skills include engaging with Board members, investors and Executives pertaining to plans, together with preparing reports to them.
