I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a graduate with 10 years’ experience in aviation and 5 years experience in Aviation Engineering and Planning, I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. In my previous role, I improved the performance, operations and productivity in my team by 40%.

I was able to achieve this by introducing new innovative ideas that improved performance and efficiency. I have fantastic interpersonal skills. Having worked as a cleaner in the past introduced me to different personalities at different levels.

This helped me understand and enabled me to communicate with different individuals at different levels.
