Over 7 years ago, I started working in the food industry. began as a student studying quality control before finding work in product development, quality control, and food safety. I've gained a lot of knowledge about product safety, laws, and policies throughout the course of my years working in the food sector, and I'm always looking for new ways to improve my skills and expertise.

I graduated from the Cape Peninsular University of Technology with a national diploma in consumer science, food, and nutrition.
