I have a vast amount of experience in the field of Admin and Customer Services. My first job was at Electric Express where I was working as a Sales Consultant, assisting customers face to face and telephonically by creating deals and solving their queries. I moved to Nedbank, where I was working as a Consultant, providing assistance to clients during personal loan application, advised clients about the required documents on loan application. I moved to South African Airways, I was working as an Administrator and as a Customer Service Agent. I was handling bookings and resolving Passengers queries, I was retrenched. Worked a contract job at Statistics South Africa on Census 2011. In 2014 I got a job at Avon Justine where I was working as a Data Entry and Maintenance Clerk also assisting in Admin. Was retrenched in 31 March 2022.
