I am a hard worker. Punctual, Always report on duty on time. Very energetic through out the day. Once given a task to perform I make sure I tackle it with all of my ability to get it done. I have a 2 year malpractice administrative experience was responsible for communication between client and product provider. making sure clients Policy renewal are all in order before renewal date is reached. 1 year within debt collector experience. • 2 years Malpractice Administrative- duties: Responsible for communication between client and product providers, taking incoming and outgoing calls. making sure clients policy renewal are well processed before renewal date. clients pay their outstanding premiums. responsible for updates on database/ excel spreadsheet. send follow up emails on new proposal from clients, training new staff on our system and response on incoming calls etc
• 1 year Debt collector duties: Collecting for Jet/edgars accounts. making sure clients make payments on their account. pitching debit order payments at all cost. send reminder sms for client to go to store and make payment. always make sure client settle their account. responsible for inbound and outbound calls.
