I have statrted of as a medical receptionist and worked my way up to Practice management , Although the pay cheque was not good it was my passion for my job which I love doing
I matricuated in 1997 , unfortunately financially I could not study , but with determination and motivation I strived to success by learning everyday , I was send for day courses such as PMB training , Sama Coding , ICD 10 coding which increased my knowledge further and I used to read up on medical aid and their policy as per specialities , and this makes me proud of my achievement , people with degrees and certificates wont be able to deliver like the way I did
