❖ R&D lead for southern Africa and LATAM Regions
❖ Coordinate the product development process by overseeing end-to-end of product development lifecycle, managing implementation of NPDs/EPDs as well as supply plan project for business continuity.
❖ Provide support in establishing and implementing the R&D strategy.
❖ Define and deliver the medium and long-term roadmap for strategic science and technology platforms which will drive future business growth whilst ensuring these are aligned to business strategies and plans.
❖ Develop and magnify the R&D team’s potential and building talent while ensuring proper succession plan is in place.
