I am Qiqa Sidukwana 26 years old of age I was born and brought up in Eastern Cape. I have completed my National Diploma in Public Management. I have relevant experience and qualities in Administration(Public and Private), Customer Services, and the Call Centre industry as well. Basically, I am a very hard-working person who is willing to learn and to work under pressure alone and with others as well
I have relevant experience In Administration where I am exposed to dealing with the public and ensuring that people get good customer service and get the job done in a professional way and treat people with Care and dignity.
I have completed Grade 12 in 2014 then I had to further my Studies after so I have completed 18 months of theory in Public Administration/Management and also completed my other 18 months of in-service training in order to obtain National Diploma in Public Management
