My name is Quiwin Davids, born in a small town that is called Worcester. My hospitality and culinary journey started when I was 16 years old . I took many years going around cape town and winelands areas to develop my skill in the industry. I am an ambitious, industrious and dedicated person. I strive to deliver my best attributes at businesses to bring them growth and profitability in the future.
I started off as a pizza chef and a runner , thereafter I pursued in my studies at Cape Town hotel school, and was able to work for century city hotel and cassia restaurant where I got trained and learnt of both Front of House and Back of House. in 2021 I became an Assistant Restaurant manager thereafter I became a Senior Restaurant Floor Supervisor at the Royal Portfolio and currently I am a General Manager at Franschhoek Beer Company
