I have been with Lisp platform from 2019 July as a first point of contact. I service both clients and brokers, we assist with investment information, withdrawal instructions, switches, section 14 and 50 in/out . Tax queries ,EAC, CGT calculations ,commissions statements and balances and statements.
I attend mailbox queries and complains therefore investigate complaints then send cases to overweight for further resolution.
