Response, handling and resolution to Query and complaints across all mediums(phone, fax & email)
•Identify customer needs and provides a high level of service experience
•Promotes the customers self- service options
•Lialise with other Department and third parties on behalf of clients as per mandates or flags
•Accurately captures updates or amends customers information and history notes
•Handles and ensure that service requests within mandate are actioned within agreed time
Bachelors degree in Psychology.
