Prepare, validate, and maintain daily operational reports including sales performance and open order reports using Excel and system data from Zoho, Kronos, and ERS. Manage daily dashboards, trackers, and company hierarchy data for executive management and operational teams. Act as key liaison between merchandisers, sales representatives, management, and the national hub for system and data-related requirements.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain daily operational reports, including sales performance and open order reports, using Excel and system data from Zoho, Kronos, and ERS
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness before loading reports onto the company dashboard for CEO and senior management review
- Manage and maintain daily dashboards and trackers used by executive management and operational teams
- Maintain and manage company hierarchy data daily to ensure consistency across reporting and operational systems
- Work closely with the national company hub to ensure alignment of master data, routes, and system structures
- Perform data quality checks, identifying discrepancies in time, attendance, sales, and route data and resolving issues promptly
- Create structured datasets, spreadsheets, and summaries that support management decision-making
- Translate raw system data into clear reports, trend views, and comparisons for business visibility
- Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from management and operational teams
- Act as a key liaison between merchandisers, sales representatives, management, and the national hub for system- and data-related requirements
- Support merchandisers daily with clocking system and attendance-related queries
- Manage and coordinate sales representative routes, ensuring operational alignment and reporting accuracy
- Standardize reporting templates in Excel to improve consistency and reduce manual effort
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and data workflows across systems
- Support continuous operational improvement through improved reporting accuracy and turnaround times
