Duties Managing Tellers & Customer Services Department
Ensuring that the department is running smoothly
Ensuring that all areas are in order
Managing Cash counts, ensuring that it is rotated
Bundle checks are done correctly
All files and key registers are updated
All policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensuring that all end of day balancing is completed
Ensuring that all treasury and Glmq and Teller floats are checked and
Ensure that all accounts are reconciled monthly
Other Duties: Stand-in Branch Manager when required
Branch Paper Mandate are completed every 6 months
Ensure that all Branch administrator work are checked and signed off
Assist with weekly and monthly reports within Branch Network
Ensure the all monthly Variance Reports are done
Weekly OMS questions are completed
Ensure that monthly compliance training are in order
Assist in mentoring and coaching daily take place
Ensure all daily targets are met
Ensure that operations within the branch are in control
Qualification: NQF5 & NQF 6 Completed
